The Spanish Jasmine (Jasminum grandiflorum) is an evergreen, climbing plant, up to 5 meters tall. The flowers are white, very fragrant and have complex green leaves. It blooms from May to November. It is sensitive to frost (pruned in early March) and prefers sunny places protected from frost and moderately moist soils. It is planted in fences and pergolas, while it is combined with all the climbers for fences and railings due to the long duration of its flowering. The Spanish Jasmine for fast growth needs good watering in summer and 2-3 times fertilization with nitrogenous water-soluble fertilizer type 30-10-10.
