**Desert Fan Palm (Washingtonia filifera)**

The Desert Fan Palm is a large growth evergreen plant, which is single-trunked and has a nice costapalmate foliage which composes palmate dark green leaves. It is easily cultivated, almost in all soil types, as long as they are excellently drained. As a palm tree, it does not have any particular water requirements, but regular watering helps to accelerate the growth of the plant. The Desert Fan Palm has exceptionally high resistance to low temperatures and, of course, to the high, and is frost tolerant. It is exploited by planting in both private and public or business spaces, adding a plant architectural note even to areas or gardens located by the sea.
