The Japanese Pagoda is a deciduous tree of medium height and rapid growth rate. It is used in parks, squares, hedgerows, and shading in the garden. It has a spherical shape, winged leaves that resemble the leaves of Robinia pseudoacacia and a straight, rounded, crumbly bark. The flowers are white - yellowish attached to botryoid inflorescences that attract insects. Japanese Pagoda (or Styphnolobium japonicum (L.) Schott) is a bee-keeping plant and, however, absolutely resistant to the stresses of the urban environment and also it is one of the most useful trees in gardening and landscaping.
It is offered at a price determined by the particular characteristics of the plant, such as the size of the pot, its height, age and shape. Large trees are also available for sale (and planting) upon prior arrangement. In any case, the price or prices listed are indicative.
