Evergreen, fast rhythm and moderate tree growth, Kurrajong is a favorite choice for planting in the warm regions of Greece. It has eliptic canopy, green glossy lanceolate leaves and beautifully bell-shaped white flowers that appear in the spring. Kurrajong is exceptionally resistant to drought, to the city's embarrassing atmosphere, to frost as well as to enemies and diseases. It is a tree of easy cultivation, since it grows in almost every soil type that has excellent drainage and it is also remarkably long-lived, with a life span of over 50 years. Kurrajong is a reliable option for planting on pavements, parks and squares, as well as in small or large gardens.
