Heat tolerance: Very wide at very low temperatures, and better performance in the summer of corresponding mixtures because of the choice of a variety Lolium perene with excellent behavior at high temperatures.

Tolerance to use: Excellent, very quick revegetation.

Tolerance to diseases: Good.

Tolerance to shadow: Good.

Dormancy: Not, unlike excellent appearance even at very low temperatures.

Salinity tolerance: Moderate salinity.

Maintenance requirements: High, often haircuts in 3-5 cm, and preventive crop protection applications.

Use: Football fields, sports grounds, parks and winter resorts.
