Fortune's Spindle ‘Emerald Gaiety’ is a variegated and highly decorative plant. It is a evergreen shrub of small growth with a spreading habit, while, if supported, is well and as climbing. The leaves, which are also the predominant ornamental element of the ‘Emerald Gaiety’, are round oval, green in the center and white in the periphery, and as the temperatures descend, autumn changes color, obtaining a reddish brown center with pink periphery. The variegated Fortune's Spindle is a hard plant, with high resistance to mildew. Particularly easy to cultivate, it can be grown in any soil type and adapted to each exposure, but it is recommended that the leaf color be perfectly to planted in completely sunny places.
It is offered at a price determined by the particular characteristics of the plant, such as the size of the pot, its height, age and shape. Large shrubs are also available for sale (and planting) upon prior arrangement. In any case, the price or prices listed are indicative.
