4x4

The new 4x4 technology developed exclusively by Base Protection, combines a lightweight sole with high resistance to bending, abrasion and general shoe wear.  The sole is formulated with a low-density compound to reduce weight while maintaining the same performance as a dual-density sole. It is ideal for outdoor work  outdoors. It combines low weight with comfort and durability at the same time.

Fresh’n Flex

Non-metallic sole technology, made of ballistic fabric, anti-perforation (Perforation 0 mm: Nail 4.5 mm - Force 1100 Newton / Nail 3.0 mm - Force 1100 Newton).

SlimCap

Slim-Cap is a lighter and more flexible synthetic toe cap compared to traditional metal toe caps, which is non-magnetic and thermally insulated. With a thickness as low as 6.5mm, wearers will enjoy increased comfort and more room for their feet. The toe-cap also includes a protective strip with the same shape to prevent accidental detachment and reduce painful pressure on the toes. Furthermore, it meets the rigorous mechanical stress requirements of the EN ISO 20345 and EN 22568 standards.

SmellStop

Anti-odour lining that stops bacteria and fungus odours in their tracks, keeping the feet fresh and healthy all day long. Treatment made with biocide Zincpyrithione (CAS-No. 13463-41-7) product type PT09 who counteracts the deposit of microorganisms on the surface of materials.

The Airtech + Tpu-Skin system is an exclusive technology, patented by Base Protection, to reduce the hard and compact thickness of the outsole to 0.2 mm - very low compared to the competition.
