Ponytail Palm (Beaucarnea recurvata)

The Ponytail Palm (Beaucarnea recurvata) or Elephant's Foot is a special case of a perennial ornamental plant with unique attractive features: it is a small tree, with linear leaves that hang and look like a "ponytail" (hence the English name Ponytail Palm), and the base of the trunk is visibly swollen and reminiscent of "Elephant foot" (hence the other English name of the plant Elephant's Foot). The Ponytail Palm is grown and maintained very easily at home, in the office, and in any other professional space, while the same happens in areas where the climate allows and has been planted in the garden soil. It is placed in bright places and watered sparingly, while not facing problems from pests and diseases.
