Golden Angel's Trumpet (Brugmansia aurea)

 

The Golden Angel's Trumpet (Brugmansia aurea) is an evergreen perennial shrub or small tree with striking flowers, resembling trumpets. The size of the flowers can reach up to 30 cm, their color is orange golden yellow, while they are fragrant, with the greatest intensity of the aroma being felt at night. Flowering is long lasting since it starts in mid-spring and lasts until mid-autumn. The Golden Angel's Trumpet is relatively easy to grow, always in sunny places or protected from the midday sun in warmer areas, and in places that are not frostbitten.
