Caucasian Fir - Nordmann Fir (Abies nordmanniana)

 

The Caucasian (or Nordmann) Fir tree is an extremely striking evergreen coniferous that is used both as a Christmas tree and as a plant of parks, squares, gardens or pots. It is pyramid-shaped, with branches that are dense and start from the ground. It wants in medium consistency soils that retain moisture. In the garden, it is planted either individually or in groups, preferably in semi-shady places, while in pots seeks shady places.
