The splitted riner reed is ideal for shading or fencing. It is of Greek origin and extremely durable, consisting of selected reeds, which have been braided with galvanized wire at approximately 25cm intervals. They are available, in the natural yellowish colour of reed, however they can be painted and varnished. They can be used in a number of different structures, such as gazebos, beach umbrellas, showers, changing rooms, etc. or even for the creation of a fence. As fences they isolate and protect plants in gardens or vegetable gardens from pets, or delineate special areas in the urban or country house.

Wattles from 1.6-2.2 diameter whole river reed:

• They have reeds harvested from December to about March, followed by processing

• Are offered for long-term use

• Have a proven high resistance to the special climatic conditions of the Greek area

• They can withstand twice as long as that of annual reeds

• Are made of 100% natural Greek river reeds

• They do not show the slightest shrinkage after installation, which prevents the appearance of larger gaps between the reeds

• Can be used for both fencing and shading
