The Variegated Pittosporum is one of the oldest varieties of Japanese Pittosporum used and widely use in the gardening and in landscape architecture. In relation to Japanese Pittosporum it differs mainly only in two things, in size - it is smaller in size - and in the color of the leaves - which is one of its most basic ornamental elements. Its leaves are green in color, varying by whitish-cream spots, which sometimes can cover whole leave. Its flowers, white and numerous, compete with the Japanese Pittosporum fragrance. Variegated Pittosporum is a perennial, evergreen shrub, extremely tolerant and very easy to cultivate. Among the basic features that distinguish it is its great tolerance to drought, its resistance to salty soils and brackish watering, as well as droplets of the sea - that's why it can be safely planted in seaside locations, either in the garden either in pots and containers.
► It is offered at a price determined by the particular characteristics of the plant, such as the size of the pot, its height, age and shape. Large shrubs are also available for sale (and planting) upon prior arrangement. In any case, the price or prices listed are indicative.
