The Slug Gone Wool Pellets is a 100% organic product, made from British sheep wool, in the form of pellets, and acts as a natural repellent for snails and slugs in an extremely original way, literally raising a barrier of protection around the plant or plants of the garden and orchard. To do this, Slug Gone pellets need to be watered, swollen, and thereafter, form a felt - like mat that absorbs moisture from the slug’s foot, thereby making it difficult for the slug to travel across. This wool pellet mat also contains abrasive particles which irritate the slug’s foot, physically deterring the slug and creating a 100% natural barrier.
