Geoflor Perlite is an excellent material used as a soil conditioner directly in the field or in the greenhouse, as a component of soil mixtures for professional or amateur use, and as a substrate in root beds and in outdoor crops. It is mined in Milos and is an inorganic aluminosilicate mineral of volcanic origin whose characteristic feature is the ability to hold water 3 to 4 times its weight.

The Geoflor Agricultural - Horticultural Perlite 25lt:

• Is completely free of diseases and weed seeds

• Acts as a temperature stabilizer

• Is chemically inert and has a neutral pH (6.5-7.5)

• Does not rot or melt and therefore has an unlimited lifespan

• Is extremely light (80 - 110 Kgr/m)

• Has air content reaches 56%

• Consists of grains with a diameter of 1-5 mm
