• Roofing shingles are only nailed and therefore need a stable (without excessive bending arrows), flat wooden surface

• The minimum slope should be 15° or 27%

• The first main row covers the original safety row and protrudes a few millimeters from the cornice

• The second row is inserted shifted by half a flap so that its lower end faces the highest point of the notch of the lower row

• Rectangular roofing shingles are cut for the ridges and the work continues

• For every 1m² of roofing shingles, 100gr of bitumen based mastic is required

• For 18-20m² need about 1Kg of nails
