Common Boobialla is a very special evergreen shrub. Its peculiarity consists in its ability to acquire different shapes depending on the environment in which it will be found. It occurs both as a shrub and as a groundcover plant, but sometimes also as a small tree. It is a shrub of very easy cultivation since it adapts to every soil type that drains well, is pruned, and does not face particular problems from pests and diseases. It has glossy dark green foliage, white or violet - white flowers that appear from the middle of the summer to the early autumn, and very decorative violet fruits that are edible. Common Boobialla is used in gardening and landscaping as it is a key element of the Mediterranean gardens - even those located by the sea.
It is offered at a price determined by the particular characteristics of the plant, such as the size of the pot, its height, age and shape. Large shrubs are also available for sale (and planting) upon prior arrangement. In any case, the price or prices listed are indicative.
