The Cast Iron Plant (Aspidistra elatior) is a perennial and evergreen rhizomatous herbaceous plant, slow growth rate. It is one of the most interesting plants to decorate indoors and outdoors (where the low temperatures alow), thanks to its unusually large and bright green leaves. A very easy-to-grow plant is in no way demanding for its maintenance, and it is used in places where very few survive, such as in those areas of gardens, homes, or offices where light is scarce.
It is offered at a price determined by the particular characteristics of the plant, such as the size of the pot, its height, age and shape. Large shrubs are also available for sale (and planting) upon prior arrangement. In any case, the price or prices listed are indicative.
