The Sweet Ayssum (Alyssum maritimum or Lobularia maritima) is an annual low height flowering plant, very decorative. The flowers appear from mid-Spring and last until mid-Autumn. They are mauve, pink or white and are very fragrant. The Sweet Ayssum is suitable as ground cover with color plant, while it can be planted in addition to the garden soil, both in pots and containers, and in sunny or half-shade places.
