The beak is made of steel and has a serrated surface which ensures a firm grip. The carefully designed, lightweight, durable FiberComp™ shaft makes the sappie virtually unbreakable, while reducing fatigue. The machined SoftGrip™ handle, made of PVC-free, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, features a shock-absorbing surface extension to provide the user with a secure yet comfortable grip. The WoodXpert™ XA2 has been designed in collaboration with professional woodworkers.
