The reed of whole river reed is ideal for shading or fencing. It is of Greek origin and extremely durable, consisting of selected reeds, which have been braided with galvanized wire at approximately 25cm intervals. They are available, in the natural yellowish colour of reed, however they can be painted and varnished. They can be used in a number of different structures, such as gazebos, beach umbrellas, showers, changing rooms, etc. or even for the creation of a fence. As fences they isolate and protect plants in gardens or vegetable gardens from pets, or delineate special areas in the urban or country house.
