Osmocote® Exact Tablets 5-6 months is a balanced controlled release fertilizer for all stages of plant growth. It comes in cleverly designed cone-shaped tablets, so all you need to do is push them down to incorporate into the growing medium and then apply water. The eco-friendly adhesive that holds them together breaks down and the tablets go to work, providing nutrients for months to come. The tablets supply the plants with nutrients for a period of 5 to 6 months at 21°C.
