Patented H²0 Chip Technology

Using patented H²0 Chip technology – and with no moving parts – each Precision Series water spray nozzle creates one or more high-frequency oscillating water streams (200 cycles per second - cps) to achieve the desired arc and wetting radius with approximately 1 /3 less water consumption.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Operation & Efficiency of H²0 Chip Technology

The water enters a specially designed chamber within the H²0 Chip section where it is processed in such a way as to create an oscillation effect. At the exit, constant-sized water droplets are formed that follow the designed pattern and arc radius, having precise boundaries and optimal distribution uniformity.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Design and Retrofit Effectiveness

The lower flow rate of Precision™ Series Spray Nozzles maximizes design efficiency and saves on overall material costs by using fewer valves and less controller stations. In addition, the performance of existing systems with lower pressures can be upgraded with a simple retrofit of the pre-existing high flow nozzles.

The Toro Precision Red 1.62m Fixed Spray Nozzle is designed to quickly and easily deliver excellent irrigation performance with maximum flexibility and water conservation. Includes all pre-set arc wetting cycle nozzles in its Series, delivers water to a typical radius of 1.62m, adjustment screw allows radius length to be reduced by up to 25%, while keeping the same uniform watering rate. The Toro Precision Red 1.62m Fixed Spray Nozzle is available with its special filter. The nozzle trajectory for all models in the Series is 5˚.
