Cork Oak Tree (Quercus suber)
The Cork Oak Tree (Quercus suber) is an evergreen long-live tree. It is used in parks, squares, and for shading in the garden. It has a semi-spherical - oval shape of normal outline, dark green color leaves on the upper side and silver grey on the lower and yellow flowers in the spring. It is resistant to heat and drought and it is an extremely useful tree for the creation of a Mediterranean garden and is appropriately used for this purpose in gardening and landscape architecture. However, due to the extensive surface root system, it is not recommended to plant it in small gardens.
It is offered at a price determined by the particular characteristics of the plant, such as the size of the pot, its height, age and shape. Large trees are also available for sale (and planting) upon prior arrangement. In any case, the price or prices listed are indicative.
