Tall Fescue Lawn Grass 0.5Kg Seeds (Festuca arundinacea) - HORTUS Turf Grass Seeds. High quality seeds for creating turf from the renowned Italian seed company HORTUS Sementi. The Festuca arundinacia has been used for many years in Greece with miraculous results. It is resistant to high temperatures, drought, diseases and cold. It has hard and wide leaves, creating a high wear resistant turf with satisfactory recovery performance. It develops a deep root system, which makes it suitable for sowing in any type of soil. Once established it creates a nice looking and dense lawn. It is used in any private, public or professional area of similar specifications (such as in gardens, parks, playgrounds, etc.). It is offered in a box of 500 grams. If it is sown by hand, approximately 50 grams of seed per square meter is required, while with a seeding machine, almost half the amount is needed.
